Every Field Kit is custom-configured for the missionary who receives it: your field, your sending organization, your security requirements. The Lab reviews each application to make sure appropriate service can be provided.

The Lab works with missionaries from a range of sending organizations and configures each kit accordingly. Unsure whether your org’s requirements are compatible? Mention it in your application, and the Lab will tell you what’s possible before you commit.

Not at all. Some missionaries come to the Lab mid-field after realizing their current setup is too complicated or isn’t holding up. Some come to us several years in. Whether pre-field or several years in, the Field Kit is built to work wherever you are.

Annual billing keeps costs low and ensures continuity of service. It also allows the Lab to fully commit to managing and maintaining your Kit without interruption. At $252/year, it’s the equivalent of $21/month, much less than comparable tools and services.

Field situations change. We understand that. If your circumstances shift and the Kit no longer serves you, reach out to our team. The Lab is not in the business of holding missionaries to a subscription that no longer makes sense.
